    Hi am 19 pretty fit and good looking, and am planning on visiting the sauna some time in January/ February for the very first time… Do you have any tips for a first timer ? Or does anyone wanna come with me ?

    Best tip is just take it at your own pace,
    I think your first time is always better going with someone just so you to know it, I’m happy to help
