Saunton, to my knowledge the middle and ground floor have been renovated for seating purposes for the cafe/bar and the top floor is out of bounds. I don’t think the private rooms will be available for that kind of stuff, but I’m going tomorrow and I’ll let you know on here if I’m wrong.

Hi Joe, in my first experience, I originally went with a friend who’d been before who was able to teach me the etiquette for the sauna which is important to know for your first time, but it’s honestly pretty easy to learn.
He told me that in the sauna if someone is interested in you, they’ll likely follow you around a bit or touch you in some way to tell you they’re interested – i.e: your arm, ass, leg, hand, or dick if it’s out hahaha. It’s important to know this as otherwise, you might feel a bit stalked or if you get touched you might be surprised by it. But all that said, it’s equally important to still know that you can still say no. If someone touches you and has made it obvious they’re interested, a simple “No thanks.” or “I’m not interested.” will usually work. If not, you’re free to tell a member of staff that you feel uncomfortable. This is a two-way street, however, if you’re interested in someone, touching them will usually send the message, but if they say no, don’t get too bothered by it, just shrug, say okay and find someone else.
With that out of the way, my first experience was pretty good. The sauna itself is split into three floors, the ground floor has a changing room, rentable rooms, jacuzzi, steam room, a few gloryhole stalls, two showers and a cafe area. When I first went in, I paid for the entry and was given a key on a rubber band and a towel. I then went into the changing room, got changed into my towel and put all my stuff in my locker. Where you put the key is up to you, either on your wrist or around your ankle – I prefer around my ankle, gets in the way less. After that, I then got a shower and then went into the jacuzzi for a bit until I felt relaxed enough to look around.
I got another shower to wash off the chlorine, I got dry, put my towel around me and then went into the cafe – my friend going upstairs without me – it was nice and relaxed there and quite a few people there were happy to chat, which definitely helped me feel comfortable. I got a drink, chatted for a bit then decided it was time to go explore. The second floor is more tailored to cruising, with a sauna, a shower, TV room (Seemingly primarily for just chatting or relaxing), porn cinema, a few private rooms, a cruising bathroom with a gloryhole stall, a dark room with a bunch of gloryholes and a padded table for people to have sex on and then finally a room with various stalls, a sex sling and a voyeur room with one-way glass, so people inside can have sex and be watched if they wanted to.
I looked around for a bit, went in the sauna which was nice, there was a couple of guys jerking off in there but they eventually left probably to go to a private room or something. I decided to go see what was on the third floor, which was a large porn cinema and a dark area which had a few more private rooms, two sex slings and a few gloryholes. I decided to go into the large porn cinema, which was where my friend was, who was already jerking off some guys which was pretty fun to see hahaha

It can be a bit quiet somedays and the people that go can honestly really range, I recommend going on an event night such as Cruise Night (this 28th) as it’s one of the busiest nights and you’ll get a good range of people. Pride is also a great time to go too, it’s super full then.
You mentioned you’re closeted, so if you’re worried about people seeing you enter the front, you can go around the back of the building (You can park there too if you drive) and can press a buzzer on the back gate to be let in that way. You’ll just need to go through the building and pay for entry, but it’s a good way to be discreet if you’re worried about someone spotting you.
