Hi guys if anyone interested I am going to give it a try on Friday the 4th around 1pm happy to share the experience with any other newbies.

Does the sauna have a specific time for age groups or do you just turn up and take your chances? Age is but a number as long as I am comfortable I am not worried by my age. Do you have a time when you are going, maybe we could meet they and at least we will be to mature guys together?

I have never been and trying to get the courage to attend, is it lots of young guys or are us oldies made comfortable?
