Any time I’ve gone to a sauna over the years I’ve always had that heart in mouth nervousness and the little voice saying “what are you doing?” but more so excited anticipation of what may happen. Don’t think I ever did walk pasts but in my early days I’d be constantly looking around to see if I could spot someone I know.
