theres a small rectangular shower head at knee height in the loo behind the jacuzzi. Ok for cleaning externally, but if you want a thorough internal clean, then no, unless you take your own.

I tend to take a bulb douche in with me, and as said the toilet behind the jacuzzi is an ideal quite place. there is a shower head in there, but I much prefer a thorough inside and out clean as it were, so nip in there, douche and often put a butt plug in whilst there!
