If it’s your first time, I’d recommend going this afternoon, Saturday afternoons usually attract a decent crowd and range of ages. Saturday evenings can get really busy, but at the same time time can be quite overwhelming for first time visitors.

Hi Bezza its really not as bad as you think. Look at it this way, not many people around the streets will even know what kind of place it is your visiting. and apart from that everytime i’ve been the road has always been usually quiet. from the outside and under the Number 52 sign you will see a black door, its a simple case of push the handle and go in. once your inside you will be then buzzed through a second door to the reception area. The staff are absolutely amazing and really friendly, they certainly dont judge. They will ask you if your a member, if not they will probably ask you if you want to join as a member for free. being a member simply means you get cheaper entry. once you paid for your 1st visit they will also give you a voucher that will entitle you to £5 off your next visit. 😀 After paying your entry fee they will give you a locker key and ask if you want a medium or large towel. given that your a new member they may also ask you if you would like a quick tour of the building. Once you got your locker key and towel, go through the next door and to your left into the locker rooms, find your locker and get changed. And thats it !! your in !! explore at your own pace, dont do anything you dont want too unless your ready. Above all have fun !!
Given that its pride weekend now, i’m planning on going tomorrow night and stopping over. from what i’ve heard from the staff, they are expecting it to be really busy, to the point they may run out of lockers !
Just remember Nom that at some point we’ve all battled those nerves. The hardest bit is getting through the front door. Once you’re in, paid and changed you’ll wonder what all the fuss is about. Just remember we are all there for exactly the same thing. Nobody is gonna judge you for that, they get a really nice crowd in there. Everyone is respectful of each other, don’t do anything you don’t want to. Go with the flow mate and just enjoy your visit. 🙂

TBH i always carry my towel with me, but i also like to walk around naked, and instead carry my towel on my shoulder, only time i put it back is when i’m going downstairs passed the cafe.

Hi Matt, the best way in my opinion and what is usually the known way of showing interest in someone, is firstly dont rush in too quick give them a couple of mins to settle down, then when your ready, a gentle caress on either their arm or leg is well known sign that your interested. if they are interested in you, they will usually allow you continue, thus maybe moving onto oral or mybe more. However you also gotta prepared for people to reject you….this will either be expressed as a polite no thanks, or they will kindly push your hand away. if that happens, just accept it and move on. Of course this also applies to you if someone approaches you aswell. Just remember NO means NO so dont try and pursue the same person any further. 🙂
If i’d have seen that i would have reported it straight away, especially the fact that he had a mobile upstairs !! privacy is one of their very highest top priorities. i was in a couple of months ago, and exaclty the same thing happened. some mature guy brought his phone upstairs to the gay cinema room, and started to check it, i told him straight away that it wasnt allowed, he simply said “i’m on call and need to have my phone on me” i went and informed the staff who immediately insisted he put his phone in his locker or to leave.
I’ve just been looking at their website, and i’ve been very tempted to go in the past, however being a Bi man i’d feel a little nervous going in by myself. so i’d be happy to go with yourself or whoever wishes to go. according to their admission and prices, its open Wednesday 11am til 4pm and only costs £15 for guys and free for ladies. i might just give it a try Wednesday 5th March 2025 anyone else interested ??

Robby, James, there is seriously nothing to worry about, as mentioned above the front door is always open and leads to a small lobby, once your in your exactly the same as everybody else in there, everyone is there for the same thing. so dont panic and go with the flow. the staff are very pleasant and non judgemental. they simply take your money, give you a locker key and a towel, and if its your first time they will even give you a quick tour around so you can find what want. as for the guys who get in there, trust me they aint no super models !! lol you will often find a fair number of older guys of various shapes and sizes if thats what your looking for, but you will also bump into some of the younger crowd aswell, again not super models, but some good looking lads for sure. end of the day you do what you want to do, take it at your own pace, dont be forced into anything, if someone comes onto you and your not interested, a simple polite no thanks is usually good enough. on the other side of the coin though, if someone does take your fancy and your interested, usually a gentle caress on their arm or leg will get there attention, but be prepared for them to say no thanks aswell. end of the day, there really is no need to be self concious, once you’ve seen some of the guys in there, you’ll undertand why 🙂 enjoy your visits and i may bump into you guys potentially on wednesday myself 🙂

Hey James, just reminder everybody in there if looking for the same as you, nobody will judge you for thst whilst your there just chill out relax and enjoy the company your looking for. Are same time though don’t be pressured into doing anything your not comfortable with, if a guy doesn’t take your fancy for whatever reason just a polite no and they will you alone. If your interested in some line a tender caress on the arm or leg is enough to get there attention, but again you gotta be prepared for them to say no, just remember it’s nowt personal, once your past the main front door barrier and changing rooms you will wonder what all the fuss was about 🙂 enjoy it 😀😀
