Look, loads of guys like bigger guys, don’t sweat it, you be yourself and people will like you for you. Nobody is perfect in terms of the accepted norms but you are perfectly you.
Good luck with it. I can guarantee you are going to be mobbed, what I cannot guarantee is that there will be many (if any) people within your target age range around. My advice for dealing with the guys you are not interested in is to make it clear that is the case. Try to be kind and polite but when that fails, just tell them clearly you are not interested. There are a lot of predatory old guys get in there who rely on people being too polite to say no.
You sort of left that hanging mate. Mostly older guys in the sauna these days so you’ll not feel out of place if that is what concerns you.
Totally discreet, no need to use your real name, go in as a guest and call yourself what you want. Everyone else does. Just make sure you either destroy your return voucher or keep it safe from prying eyes. Many a guy has fallen at that hurdle.
As for when it is busy? The person that could predict that could take over the Mystic Meg column. You pay your money and take your chances. No good ringing up to find out, the staff do not give out that information and it would only be correct at that moment anyway.

Your question is better addressed to the management of the venue rather than a public forum. You do not say whether you identify as a man or a woman. The place always used to advertise itself as being for gay and bisexual men so the question would be are you a gay or bisexual man?
I too quite enjoyed my first time, the staff were lovely apart from one of them. Facilities excellent. The member of staff who was a bit off turned out to be the manager. Charisma of a mushroom and looked a bit rough. Then he starts walking round the building in a mask. Way to feel comfortable man!!
