Well done for posting about this, it isn’t mentioned enough. Some guys may be upset but ultimately we are all responsible for our own sexual health. Most people on Prep will get screened every 3 months but of course there will be a significant percentage of the client base who don’t get regular screenings. There is always a risk, I have been coming here for 3 years (as well as lots of activity elsewhere) and somehow have only managed to pick up an STI once. I do BB anal (but respect when the other guy wants a rubber) and like almost all guys have never done protected oral. I only try and reduce the risk by not joining in the group activities in the playroom or partaking in glory holes, as well as washing my knob thoroughly after being in a mouth or arse.
Whatever orientation people identify as, you are right to advise people get screened as standard. It is almost impossible to have a high number of sexual interactions without consequence.
