I’ve found making eye contact with, or sometimes touching, a guy helps you work out what he’s after. I’ve also found that ‘fortune favours the bold’ and a lot of guys won’t make the first move … so I’d encourage you to do so. If you’re a good looker, you may be hit on all the time, though LOL
If a guy is wanting to do something you don’t want to do, a polite wave of the hand or a ‘No, thanks’ sees most advances off. VERY occasionally a guy is too persistent and you have to be firmer about it, and if necessary, raise your voice.
Other guys will back you up if you feel you’re being harassed.
