    Hi all,

    Very nervous about going into sauna, not sure how il handle it lol,

    Got outside couple weeks back and totally bottled it,

    Can any one let me know if there may be a less busier time to go for first time?,

    I havent had much experience but this is something i would really like to try and im sure i will sooner rather than later….

    A few replys would be nice from people who found there self in the same situation as me …how did you get on first time you went in ?

    Im in newcastle every couple of weeks….be nice to get chatting and maybe relax about goin ….im 29 decent looking lad i hope lol ….looking for fun like all of you,
