    Just moved up to South Shields a month ago. Have been thinking of coming to the sauna but nervous about it as never been to 1 before. Any thoughts or tips to help a newbie out guys x

    Like everyone’s first visit, you’ll be really nervous about entering #52 – I was the same. Put those nerves to one side, enter, pay entry fee and you’ll find everyone really friendly and not pushy. I hope to be tbere tomorrow (Tuesday). Don’t be afraid!
