Bottled it today, but willing to try again on thursday.
Just fear being judged at the doorway really.Any tips on getting over nerves?

Not really sure how helpful this will be, but it’s important to remember that almost everyone gets nervous their first, second, even third time coming to the sauna. Since you’re young and twinky, you’re quite likely to get a lot of attention. I doubt anyone will judge you. Hell, I’ve only had two guys give me dirty looks the three times I went there and I weigh 24 stone. The vast majority of guys there are super friendly and non-judgemental. But I won’t lie, there can be the very occasional dickhead.
