Yeah, some guys use prep, and think that protects them. You’ll just have to keep an eye on it and keep a handful of condoms next to you, and keep and eye on whats happening back there.
I’m planning my first visit soon and I’ve asked the same question. I do love bareback best but there’s a need to be safe too.
