Wow! I can relate to why you’d have taken flight and left. I haven’t yet plucked up the courage to walk in the door, so you’re way ahead of me! I think many of us have this itch to scratch but it’s a big leap. The guy you saw won’t have helped you get over your nerves, and it sounds unpleasant even if perhaps that wasn’t his intention.
