    I’m looking to come along from about 12pm but never done this and I’m a little nervous as I don’t know what the etiquette is and where stuff is..

    Is it really relaxed, are there all body shapes and ages there too?
    Are the people friendly, there is no pressure to do anything is there

    I had my first ever sauna visit a few weeks ago. Was so nervous, but after a few minutes I was fine. All types there, all friendly. I had a great time. Coming back on Friday.
