Take your time to settle in, guys un the cafe/bar area are usually very chatty. It’s easy to relax and fit in
Hey, the nerves are hard to get over. But it’s really quite a relaxed environment.
Not sure you need to take any precaitions, but be aware that prolonged eye contact is usually I sign that you’re interested in somebody. A polite no thanks should be enough to send anybody on their way if you’re not interested. And be prepared for a few guys to brush against you as you pass touch your ass and maybe your dick through your towel

When you go for the first time give yourself some time to settle in (we all know its quiet nerve wracking) but the staff are great and there generally a pretty relaxed atmosphere there.
When you arrive you’ll be given a key for a locker and a towel, once your changed take some time to wander around and get your bearings. Guys generally look for prolonged eye contact to see if you’re interested so be aware, but a polite shake if the head or just saying no thanks is all that’s needed.
If you want people to know your in the glory holes you can hang your towel over the top of the door so guys know your in there, although if you catch the eye if somebody you like there will probably follow you to the glory holes
I’ve always found the sauna to be busiest late at nightvin the weekends but it does get busy during the day sometimes, but there’s no guarantees.
In the cafe/bar area you must wear your towel but you can use you phone in that area and the smoking area as well
Finally I’m sure the £8 deal is only available to members so your first visit would be full price,
There’s a mix of guys (age and size), not many really young guys but usual a handful come in after 12.
There several different areas and some rooms with soft covered benhes you can use for private fun. Also many areas ypu water h or take part in public fun. Plus a load of glory holes

(P.s. if you’re not interested in somebody’s attention a simple ‘no thanks’ should be enough to let them know)You get a towel to wear upon entering, although some guys walk around naked. There are private rooms/cubicles that you can use or play in the more public areas

Theres a mix of ages do plenty amof guys around your age. We feel a little anxious the first time we visit, but you see there a very friendly atmosphere @52. The cafe/bar often has a crowd of guys just chatting and most would be happy to show you around.
First thing to remember is you don’t have to do anything to don’t want to or with anybody your not into, just walk away or a polite No will is all you need. If you have any special questions just ask away and I’ll answer as best I can
The guys who go there are all very discreet. Just after a good time. There’s no pressure to do anything you don’t want to or with anybody you’re not into
Hi you can sign in as a guest ,they’ll ask for a first name. You’ll be givea towel (med or large) and a kettle for a locker. Yoy head through to the the locker room and put your clothes in your locker and wear the towel round your waist. The ground floor is pretty much an area to chill and relax…cafe/bar; hot tub; steam room. On the 1st and 2nd floor is where guys get down to it. Most things start with eye contact. Lots of guys go into the cubicles for privacy but some lads like to play in public. Happy to chat more on kik or SC if you’d like
