Will someone post when it’s back up and running. Don’t want to return and pay full price for one of its major facilities not working.
We should boycott the place until they sort everything out. They are keen to take our money. Have a day of action where nobody goes to demonstrate our feelings.
that’s a bit dramatic, it’s one thing that’s broke which they’ve addressed and have plans for it to be fixed, it’s not their fault the only time they can get it fixed is at a certain date they can’t do anything about it
They have tried to put a temp fix in until the part comes from abroad.It didn’t work but they had a go,can’t do anything else.
Not interested in a boycott. Just think it’s steep to pay full price when it’s got one of its main facilities closed. Will come back once it’s working again.
I pay full price and I mainly use everything else but the jacuzzi I still feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. They’re aware, they’ve tried to fix it. The best option for now is to wait!! Now I know some people are going to complain about paying full price for a major facility to be out of use…(also they’re signs stating this on the entrance) but if paying full price is actually triggering some people then maybe hold off until the part arrives and it gets fixed. Like the sauna is still there, the dark rooms are still there and the movie room is still there. It’s only one thing people x

The new part apparently costs 6 grand so they really can’t drop their prices can they with this going on!
