Very bi-curious mid 40’s local lad here. Had strong urge to visit for quite a while now but like many others taking that first step is a bit daunting! Any tips greatly appreciated and if any other similar age/situation guys want to visit together than I’m all ears here!

Honestly the biggest tip i can give you is to just walk in, dont think about it… walk in get buzzed in at the second door pay up and get into a towel its nothing ive been going for about 4 weeks now and i was the same

As has already been said on this thread. Just walk up to the main door and step through. If you’re going during the day half the time you’ll be the only person on the street! You’ll be buzzed in by the staff member who are all OK and once in enjoy yourself!

I can concur that it’s fine to just buzz in and once you are in the venue it’s all fine and relaxed. There is no pressure to do anything. Just take things at your own pace. I always like to start in the jacuzzi and then visit the sauna and steam rooms.

I’m thinking of visiting this afternoon from around 4.30pm. Anyone up for some fun?
